IC Frith operates a Third Party Administration (TPA) service for the provision of Extended Warranty to one of Australia's leading retail outlets for household electrical goods. In addition to this we provide a TPA service for Manufacturers Warranty to manufacturers outsourcing back office functions.

To administer the extended warranty service IC Frith has call centres in Sydney, Auckland, Singapore, Dublin and Slovenia, with a staff of more than 60 call centre representatives.
